- EZ-EFT Authentication Form – A registration fee of $40.00 will be processed upon registration.
SUMMER CAMP RATES
$200 per week, per child (full time) OR $45.00 per child, per selected day(s), if not full time. (Note: a $40 registration fee is due at the time of registration). Additional costs will be incurred for field trips and the weekly ice cream truck visit.
How to Enroll
Download the summer camp registration packet, read through each document, and return the following items:
- Summer Camp 2024 Registration Packet
- NYS – OFCS Day Care Registration Card
- EZ EFT (automated payment) Form Note: payment for the first week will be processed at time of registration if less than 10 days prior to care.
Completed forms may be brought to Northway Bible Chapel between 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday; please ring the bell at the front doors to request entrance into the facility.
